This month, I downloaded the health and wellness app, Verv.
I was excited to try it out and change up my workout routine during the current quarantine. So far, I have tested out the following activities: Stay-at-home- Kit, Running for Weight Loss, and the single sessions for Yoga. One of the pros to this app, is the monitoring features of timing, distance, calories, and, audio for each workout.
You'll find many more fitness options and challenges available that can cater to your specific goals. There's something for everyone from meditation, sleep to music and sounds.
